2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product details regarding:

  • Pricing

However, products made from solid wood or handcrafted items may have slight variations in:

  • Texture & grains

  • Color shades

  • Natural marks or patterns

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in INR (₹) or as agreed for export orders.

  • Price may vary based on quantity, customization, and logistics.

  • Advance payment is required to confirm the order.

  • Payment must be made via authorized and secure methods only.

  • Orders are processed only after receiving the advance.

  • Remaining payment (if any) must be cleared before dispatch.

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed:

  • Production begins based on your specifications.

  • Estimated delivery timeline is shared.

  • Order cannot be canceled once manufacturing has started.

5. Customization Policy

We offer customized furniture based on:

  • Size

  • Material

  • Fabric/Finish

  • Design

Customized orders are non-refundable & non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on order size, design, customization, and location.

  • We use reliable logistic partners for safe delivery.

  • Shipping charges may apply and will be communicated during order confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics providers, natural conditions, or government restrictions.

7. Inspection, Damages & Claims

  • Please inspect the products at the time of delivery.

  • Any manufacturing defect or transit damage must be reported within 24–48 hours with photos and videos.

  • If approved, we may:

    • Repair the product,

    • Replace the damaged part, or

    • Replace the product (if damage is significant).

  • Minor scratches, natural wood marks, or slight color variations are not considered damage.

8. Returns & Refunds

As this is a B2B & made-to-order business, returns and refunds are not accepted except when:

  • The item received is defective in manufacturing.

  • The issue is reported within the allowed time frame.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind.

  • Design or size approved incorrectly by the buyer.

  • Custom-made items.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
